Allisha built a strong foundation of multi-platform, global brands complemented by firsthand knowledge in the world’s largest retailers before co-founding Paradox. With a passion for shopper insights and courageous servant leadership, Allisha guides our client's work, builds new relationships, and maximizes the strengths of our partners.

Over her many years in this industry, Allisha has been fortunate to cross many disciplines - marketing, insights, strategic planning, and executive management. Through her work with leading retailers, she brings a unique ability to develop growth-driving insights you’ll leverage cross-functionally because they align with the company’s business objectives. Where Allisha shines brightest is in leveraging those consumer and shopper insights to identify business opportunities and drive long-term solutions. The proof is through her leadership at Mars Wrigley, Kellogg's, P&G, and recently for brands like Dunkin, Hasbro, and Georgia-Pacific. Through a collaborative approach, you can expect Allisha to bring winning plans to life through the ‘voice of the customer’ that meet the unmet needs of our shoppers.

Truly a native of Arkansas, Allisha is passionate about investing in the communities in which we work. As a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas and John Brown University, her studies focused on human behavior and organizational management. You'll often find Allisha smiling on a bike ride through the Ozark Trails, planning a fun-filled adventure for her family, or staying active in the community.
