Raised in a small town, Jason went from a “wet behind the ears” graphic designer, to a “wow-that-is-amazing-how’d-you-do-that” creative powerhouse. It’s not everyday you find a skilled creative also able to bring business solutions and understand the nuances of customer and promotional marketing, Jason gained these unique skills while leading initiatives for McDonald’s and Shell Global at a Chicago-based national agency. After having his fill of bone-chilling cold, and Portillo’s hot dogs, Jason made his way to Northwest Arkansas where he has led creative teams at top tier shopper marketing agencies. Bayer, Clorox, Campbell’s, Hershey’s, Mars Chocolate, and Walmart are just a few of the beneficiaries of Jason’s retailer-engaging, award-winning leadership. Now a part of the dynamic team at Paradox focused on delivering result-based marketing strategies for many influential brands.
When Jason’s not leading creative, you may find him pushing the speed limits, harnessing his inner Earnhardt. If he had the opportunity to slam a shot with his mentors, they would be Walt Disney, Frank Lloyd Wright, Clint Eastwood and Bugs Bunny.
