Sydney comes to Paradox with a wealth of experience and background in shopper marketing and brand building. Sydney's most significant experiences have been intensively in the Health, Beauty, and Wellness categories. Building on previous agency experiences, she has worked on and led programming around some of Proctor & Gamble's largest brands (Gillette, Old Spice, Olay, Head and Shoulders, Secret). Sydney has first hand experience and knowledge with best in class marketing strategies across all retail channels. Prior to her agency experiences, Sydney cut her teeth in the CPG world working for suppliers developing private label bands and product licensing across with big box retailers. Working hand-and-hand with some of the largest entertainment companies and studios in the world. Managing retailer specific programs and properties with Nickelodeon, Disney, Warner Bros, and DC Comics. All that said, Sydney has an extreme passion for all things CPG and the story telling element behind building brands.
Sydney hails from Raleigh, North Carolina, but now calls Northwest Arkansas her forever home. After gaining her degree in Religious and Ethical from Meredith College, Sydney spent her formative post-college years in Washington D.C. and New York City before being called to NWA to build a career and a family. When Sydney is not crushing the Shopper Marketing game, she can be seen biking around the Bentonville Square with her husband and twin babies.
